In Greater Victoria, there were 403 sales of detached homes, 1153 active listings at the end of the month. The median sale price was $545,000 with an average days on market of 49. The hottest market for sales was Saanich East with 83 sales.
In comparison, the Condo market had 217 sales, 796 active listings at the end of the month. The median sale price was $268,000 with an average days on market of 70. The hottest market for sales was Victoria, 88 sales.
Townhome sales were 74, 331 active listings and the median sale price was $268,000. The average days on market were 54, and the hottest market was Saanich East with 14 sales.
